Every journey begins with a simple travel request form.

It includes a few essential questions about your dates, preferences, interests and approximate budget. These details help me understand the kind of experience you're looking for and whether it’s compatible with the season and available time. Once I receive your form, I prepare a preliminary outline: a first, high-level structure that defines the general idea of the trip — the rhythm, the main areas, possible focuses, and a realistic budget range. This is not the final itinerary; it’s a starting point that allows us to see whether we’re aligned before moving forward.

At this stage, we schedule a short call.

It’s an opportunity to clarify any doubts, refine expectations, and shape the direction of the trip together. It also helps make the planning process more personal and tailored to you.

Payment.

After the call — once the scope of the trip and the expectations are clear — I will send you a confirmation email along with the payment request.
Work on the full itinerary begins only after the payment has been received.

No prices are displayed on the website: you will receive a clear and personalised quote based on your needs and on the complexity of your trip before confirming.

After the call and when the payment has been received, I begin creating your tailor-made itinerary.
I select the areas and routes that best match your interests, choose accommodations, wineries, restaurants and experiences that fit your style, and build a logical, comfortable flow for your trip. At this stage, the document includes no booking links and no detailed practical notes: it focuses on the full narrative and structure of your trip. This ensures we can refine the content freely before the final version. You are welcome to request the necessary revisions: the itinerary will be refined until it matches your needs perfectly.

Once the itinerary is approved and you are fully satisfied, I prepare your Travel Pack, the final version of your journey.

This includes the complete itinerary, the booking links for each service, local insights, maps, practical notes, the contact — if you prefer — of a professional local tour operator you can rely on for reservations, and everything you need to move around with ease. The Travel Pack is delivered in both digital and printable formats, ready to be used during your trip.

Before and during your trip, I remain available via WhatsApp for advice, updates and small last-minute adjustments, always taking into account real-time availability and what can be arranged.

The time required to complete an itinerary depends on its complexity:
usually 5–10 working days for a standard journey, and 10–15 working days for more elaborate ones. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

Seasonality plays a significant role.

The first months of the year are the quietest and offer excellent availability. From mid-spring the pace begins to increase, and summer already brings higher demand.

Autumn and the final months of the year — between the grape harvest, the Alba White Truffle Fair and Christmas-season events — represent the peak season, when availability becomes limited very quickly.
For travels during this period, it is highly recommended to start planning several months in advance to secure the best options. I always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, but early planning makes a real difference in these months.

My work does not include making reservations directly — I am not a travel agency — and I do not receive commissions from the structures I recommend. This keeps my suggestions fully independent and tailored to what I truly believe suits you. If an accommodation or activity is no longer available within seven days from the delivery of the Travel Pack, I will always provide an equivalent alternative.
