Terms & Conditions — Bespoke Routes
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the travel planning services provided by Bespoke Routes, operated by Mara Cresta (VAT / P.IVA 01751540053) (“the Planner”, “I”, “me”), and the use of this website (“the Website”).
By submitting a travel request, purchasing a service, or using this Website, you (“the Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase the services.

1. Nature of the Service
Bespoke Routes provides personalised travel planning services, including:
-
creation of tailor-made itineraries,
-
selection of accommodations, experiences, food and wine activities,
-
suggestions for transportation and logistics,
-
personalised recommendations and local insights,
-
support via WhatsApp before and during the trip (within reasonable limits).
Bespoke Routes is not a travel agency.
I do not:
-
make bookings on your behalf,
-
act as an intermediary or reseller,
-
receive commissions from hotels, restaurants, or experience providers.
You are responsible for completing all bookings independently or — if you choose — for contacting a licensed local tour operator suggested in the final itinerary.

2. Booking and Payment
Details on pricing, payment structure, and scope of work are provided before the service begins.
A travel planning service is considered confirmed only once payment has been completed.
The service includes:

1 preliminary outline,
-
1 call to refine the outline,
-
1 full custom itinerary,
-
revisions if required,
-
final Travel Pack with links for booking.

3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery times:
-
5–10 working days for a standard itinerary,
-
10–15 working days for more complex trips.
Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the season, volume of requests, or unforeseen circumstances. The Client will be informed promptly of any expected delays.

4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
-
provide truthful, complete and accurate information in the travel request form;
-
communicate any relevant preferences, needs or constraints in a timely manner;
-
review the preliminary outline and final itinerary carefully;
-
complete bookings independently or through a licensed tour operator;
-
verify passports, visas, travel documents, insurance, permits, and any required health certifications.
The Planner is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate or missing information provided by the Client.

5. Changes, Revisions and Last-Minute Requests
The service includes a revisions, if required.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days after receiving the itinerary.
If an activity, accommodation or restaurant included in the itinerary becomes unavailable within 7 days of delivery, equivalent alternatives will be suggested at no extra cost.
Last-minute requests before or during the trip will be handled, within reasonable limits and according to actual availability.

6. Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Due to the nature of a personalised and time-based service, fees are non-refundable once work on your itinerary has begun.
If the Client decides not to proceed after receiving the full custom itinerary, partial refunds are not issued.
Refunds relating to bookings made with third parties must be addressed directly with those providers and are subject to their policies.

7. Third-Party Providers
The final itinerary may include recommendations for third-party services such as:
-
hotels and B&Bs,
-
restaurants,
-
wineries,
-
drivers or transfer services,
-
tour guides,
-
museums or experiences.
These third parties operate independently from Bespoke Routes and Mara Cresta.
I do not own, manage or control them and cannot guarantee their availability, quality, prices, safety standards, or changes made by them.
The Client enters any booking or contractual relationship directly with the third-party provider.
I accept no responsibility for loss, delays, damage, injury or dissatisfaction arising from third-party services.

8. Travel Risks and Liability
Travel involves inherent risks. By using the services, the Client acknowledges that:

Bespoke Routes and Mara Cresta do not provide travel insurance;
-
Bespoke Routes and Mara Cresta are not responsible for weather conditions, closures, strikes, delays, cancellations, or circumstances beyond control;
-
Bespoke Routes and Mara Cresta are not liable for accidents, injuries, theft, loss of property, or damages occurring before, during or after the trip.
The Client is strongly encouraged to purchase adequate travel insurance.

9. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the itinerary and Travel Pack—including text, descriptions, structure, formatting, local insights, layout and design—is protected by copyright.
The Client may use the material for personal and non-commercial use only.
It may not be reproduced, redistributed, copied, republished or sold, in whole or in part, without prior written consent.

10. Privacy
Personal Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this Website.
By using the service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the processing of their data.

11. Website Use
The Website and its content are provided “as is”.
I do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malware.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience only.
I am not responsible for the content, accuracy or policies of external sites.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any dispute arising from the use of the service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alessandria, Italy.

13. Amendments
I reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective once published on this page.
Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
